Prayer, with Ejaculation

O FATHER of mercies, and source of every good! I humbly beg Thee, through the most sacred and most loving Heart of JESUS, thy well-beloved SON, our LORD and REDEEMER, in whom Thou art always well pleased, vouchsafe to grant me the grace of a lively faith, a firm hope, and an ardent charity for Thee and for my neighbour. Grant me, besides, the grace of a true sorrow for all my sins, together with a most firm purpose of never offending Thee in the future, that I may always live according to thy divine good pleasure, fulfil thy most holy will in all things with a generous and willing heart, and persevere in thy love unto the end of my life. Amen. O MOST blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of my LORD and REDEEMER, I entreat thee and beseech thee to effect by thy mercy that, in all the dangers and necessities of my soul, I may flee to thee, pray to thee, and call upon thee for help.
