blessed a thousand times, my JESUS! When I was in sin, I was unhappy. Now not only do I find my soul tranquil, but I seem to enjoy a very foretaste of the peace of Paradise. How true it is that our hearts are made for Thee, my beloved LORD, and that they rejoice only when they repose in Thee. I, then, render Thee thanks, and firmly purpose ever to fly sin and its occasions, to fix my abode in thy divine Heart, and thence to look for help to love Thee until death. Amen.
